RAID 1 BACKUP TI 2013 settings
Using SansDigital TR5UT+ with included Highpoint Rocket 622 controller via E-sata connection. Had to install RAID 1 using Highpoint Website due to using two different volumes. Have configured TI to back up the internal C:(OS) to RAID 1 using disk 3(bay 1,2 enterprise drives) set as drive W: (HPT Disk0_1 SCSI disk device); and configured TI to back up internal D:(DATA) to RAID 1 using disk 4(bay 3,4) set as drive Z (HPT disk0_0 Scsi Disk device). DO I NEED TO also synchronize these in the TI software? Do I set this up as an incremental backup scheme or Custom? What is the best way to schedule since it is in RAID 1? THANK YOU. I have never used a RAID before.

XPS8500 Intel i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GH Memory 32.0 GB 64-bit OS internal SSD 256GB (C:) and internal combo SATA III 2TB drive (D:). Using new external SansDigitalTR5UT+ set up as RAID 1 with two volumes W: and Z: so I can backup mirror internal C: to W: and then D: to Z: All hardrives in SansDigital are 2TB enterprise drives. I set up the RAID 1 using the Highpoint Website.
