Recently purchased ATIH 2014, certification server unavailable, no chat, no email - HELP

I recently purchased the ATIH 2014 in Nov 2013. When I try to backup now, I get the message "the certification server is unavailable". In addition, when I try to get support from Acronis, it shows my expiration date as 12/26/13, the Live Chat and the Email are grayed out so they are not in use. This leaves me completely isolated in the ability to obtain help from Acronis and the new program I paid for is less than 60 day old.

Can anyone suggest a way to get in touch with Acronis? This will be the last time that I purchase anything from acronis.

If the problem is related to backup to Acronis Cloud Storage, support is valid while subscription is active and on the support page you can select as product 'Standalone Online Backup' to access support. Otherwise you have to pay $10.

I have the same problem. Only 33 days since I bought this product, I go to set it up and no support. 30 days??? Not impressed.
