Recover New Dell XPS 15 from True Image backup

Thread needs solution

I followed the steps from the Grover's threads. When I tried to restore my Dell XPS 15, after the recovery I got a blue screen and windows could not start. I had to use Dell recovery disks to build my system.
I am using True Image 2013 by Acronis Standard. Can someone guide me on recovery.
Also, clarify the following:
1. Any one tried to successfully restore the whole system for New Dell XPS 15.
2. While taking backup in disk mode, should I include the 32GB SSD in the backup or should I just take disk backup of the 750GB disk?
3. Does my version of Acronis support full disk backup and recovery. from the last failed attemps I feeling like I should leave this product, but I wanted to do one last try before I discard this

I already answered all these questions weeks ago in your earlier post.

1. Yes, many times. I do not have an SSD, so your config is different from mine.
2. Include both. As I already advised, do a full disk mode backup, so all disks and hidden partitions are included.
3. Yes.

Your system is a newer configuration. Does the entire OS and Windows folder reside on the SSD, or is part of it on the HDD?

Tuttle, Lets put this way, you haven't answered any of my questions, you said what you know

 1. Yes, many times. I do not have an SSD, so your config is different from mine. ==> You haven't taken a full backup of New Dell XPS 15 model.

2. Include both. As I already advised, do a full disk mode backup, so all disks and hidden partitions are included. ==> As I mentioned earlier I did Full Backup of both the disks and I am getting Blue screen and I had restore the system to Factory settings
