Recovery Manager activates automatically after deactivating

I am using TI 2010 latest build : #7160 and Disk Director 10.0 latest Build: #2288 under Windows XP SP3.

After deactivation of Recovery Manager I activate OS-Selector in DD Suite (also from recovery boot CD). When booting OS-Selector menu comes up. But just one times! When booting the next time Recovery Manager F11 shows up again but no OS-Selector.

I also fixed MBR which has no effect since it also deactivates Recovery Manager only just one time but not permanently.

I also uninstalled TI but this does not remove Recovery Manager. Even without TI installed Recovery Manager activates again and again.

I have 2 Harddisks but used with RAID 1.

Any suggestions?
