Recovery to new blank HD taking forever (8h passed + 1day and 3h remaining). Is it normal?

Hi. It is my first time recovering data (30GB image) to a new SSDHD which should replace the old one.
The recovery process was started yesterday (through bootable media).
Around 8h passed.
The green bar is around 80% of progress.
Now True Image is pointing the process will be concluded in 1 day and 3 hours.
The green bar is stuck and in the last 40 minutes there wasn't any movement towards.
Is it normal? Should I cancel the process?
