Recovery not possible, Swapdisk with Volumes is not accepted any longer

I got an issue with a PC check and tuning program.
Tried to recover a two days old version (it worked two times ago).
But Acronis said this time: see attachment
No backup and recovery is running from this time.
Any idea or hint?
