Recvery Wizard - Confused by options

Hi, apologies if this has already been answered a few times and Im a nooby.

I am trying to recover a full backup.

I have booted my PC using the boot disc.

On the 'select items to recover' screen I have ..

Disk 1
NTFS (Unlabled) (C) Pro 930G NTFS (This is the C drive I wish to recover)
MBR and Track 0
NTFS (Unlabeled) Pri.Act 0.983 G NTFS

If I select Unlabeled C, I have to select a 'New Location' for the partition location. I am guessing this should be the C drive on my PC, as this is where I cant to recover it to ? However, my C drive isnt showing up in the options.

What should I be choosing for the above and do I also need to choose the other 3 recovery options ?
