I doubt Acronis is going to release a Windows 7 compatible version of Echo since they've already released the replacement for Echo (B&R 10) that does support Windows 7.

It would be nice if they did, though. I think there are are lot of Echo users that don't need or want to change at this point, especially since B&R is still rather problematic in some areas.
