Replacing Plus Pack 2013 serial number

Thread needs solution

Hi, I am a newbie with Acronis who needs some help. I recently changed from 1 license for True Image and Plus Pack to 3 PC's Family license. The problem is that I can not see any way to change the serial number to the new one for the Plus Pack. I have successfully changed the serial number for True Image.
Apologies to all if this is something very obvious that I have overlooked.

Have you tried reinstalling the Plus Pack and reentering the serial number?
