When I try to create a bootable USB Flash drive, the program will not recognize any of the USB2/USB3 drives on my PC??

Any suggestions??

Hi examiner173. I was perusing the 2015 User Guide for other reasons, and I stumbled across something that might help you (from the user guide):

If Acronis Media Builder does not recognize your USB flash drive, you can try using the procedure described in an Acronis Knowledge Base article at http://kb.acronis.com/content/1526.
