Restore problem on Lenovo T410

Thread needs solution

I have a problem with a restore operation on a notebook Lenovo ThinkPad T410 2537-PJ5 with Acronis TI 2011 home:

I made a backup of entire disk C: and MBR.
Now I need to restore it, but when I try to restore with bootable CD after I choose backup set and I order to restore the software doesen’t do nothing...
True Image seems doesn’t respond to restore command, in fact I tried to do other operations like choose other menu options, and this is done.
I thought that could be something wrong with backup set, I’ve made another backup and validated the backup files, but TI don’t want to initiate the restore from these files too….

Can you describe what step you take and what happens? Ideally post some pictures of the screens...

I have a LenovoT410 and I back it up and recover without problems with 2011.

Well I can't post images because I work from bootable CD only.

I select Restore option, I browse HD (partition D) to select backup archives; once done this, I select with right click the backup shown by True Image, then I select "Restore" between actions shown in the context menu, and the program don't begin the restore process...
With the same procedure I've made a validation of backup set of files and it works: backup set isn't corrupted.

I cannot explain why restore process doesen't start.

Roberto,
Review item #3 at this link and see if that helps.

Roberto,

Right clicking and choosing restore should indeed kick off the restore wizard. It it doesn't, you can also start from the restore left side menu.
I understand you cannot take screenshots, but you can take pictures with a digital camera, maybe...
