Restored Non-stop backup Word Documents have Zero size

I'm running Home2010 on Windows7. I just removed Non-stop backup becuse when I recovered Word2010 Documents the size came out to be zero. See attached document for screen shots.

Is Acronis working on this?

They are aware of the problem, but I don't think any fix has been released yet. See this thread.
