Rotating between two backup disks in True Image 2010

Is there a published "best practices" document for how to set up True Image 2010 to use different backup disks in alternate weeks?
What I'd like to do is:
- Change disks on Saturday
- Run no backup on Sunday (instead, that's when we get Windows Updates)
- Full backup on Monday
- Incrementals on Tuesday to Friday
There will be two disks, used in alternate weeks.
What is the right way to set this up? Thanks!
