Run missed Backup when external HDD is connected
Hey Folks,
I'm new to this community cause I've a problem with missed backups and hope you can help me :)
There's an incremental file backup configured which starts every day at 23:59 h (11:59 PM) to save my files to an external USB 3.0 HDD Drive. In the task scheduler I've configured all settings regarding missed backups (run at bootup with a delay of 2 min / run if device is connected). Pls also see the screenshot attached for this.
Cause I always disconnect my external HDD if I don't use it to prevent electrical overloads the backup normally should start at the next morning after I started my PC and connected the HDD some time later, right? :)
But exactly this is my big problem: The Backup doesn't start the whole day :/
Do you have any idea why this happens and how I could try to fix it?
Many thanks in advance and many greetings from Germany :)
Joshua
