Can any body tell me why all of a sudden my Full Version of True Image Home 2011 fails to open when requested..it just come s back with a run time error saying"

I am using Win 7-64bit ..do I need a upgrade to my 2011 to 2012? I think I have the current version but I cant check because it will not open. can anybody help I have purchased a support incident package and I cannot get through to support via the form they supply to reach them..anybody help or know the solution to my problem

Sorry to hijack this thread but I got this message too today and now TI11 keeps crashing even after re-install. Started TI11 and system said there was an update. Tried to update and got the eror message. Hope someone can help.
