SCHEDULED BACKUP does not work anymore

Hi,

Acronis backup TRUE HOME 2013 worked fine on my WINDOWS 8 OS Computer until I had a message telling me that the product TRUE HOME 2013 was not any more running as my licence had expired. I bought a new licence, installed again ACRONIS True Image but The scheduled backup does not work anymore.

I have to run my backup manually every week

Any idea ?

I have a similar issue with a scheduled job on my Sony Win 8 Pro x64 laptop. I created a job with a schedule and it ran one time per the schedule. It has not run since at the scheduled time. The job runs fine manually.

True Image 2013 running on a trial license.

Problem solved by downloading a patch to Schedul2 and installing it. Browse through this topic to find the patch. Be sure to download the one for your version of Win 8 (32-bit vs 64-bit). http://forum.acronis.com/forum/35455?page=2
