Scheduled Backups not Running

I have ATI14 Installed on two computers. One laptop running Windows 7, one desktop running Windows 8.1. Neither one of them run the backups as scheduled. There are no errors in the log. Both are set to wake the computer if it's asleep. Please advise as to what I can check to be sure they run on their schedule.

P.S. The schedule worked fine on the laptop until recently. The backup was deleted and created from scratch. Still Didn't work.

As for the desktop, it was a fresh install of ATI14 today and the schedule didn't work.
