Scheduled tasks do not run
I am using True Image Home 2009 build 9709. I have already tried the scheduler fix and I am still unable to run scheduled tasks. This is the error report I am getting:
<event code="1015" id="10" level="4" message="User name or password for the remote resource {0} is incorrect. Please check user name and password and type it again." module="11" time="1262565427" />
<event code="1001" id="11" level="4" message=" (0xB03E9)    Tag = 0x65E40AA0B4874B4 Specified file does not exist. (0x40011)    Tag = 0xD460020904AF28E6" module="11" time="1262565427" />
<event code="5" id="12" level="4" message="Operation has completed with errors." module="100" time="1262565427" />
</log>

When I check for updates, it appears that I have the current build (which I apparently don't). I am obviously looking in the wrong place for updates. I am backing up to a separate internal HDD. I do not use a user name / password to log in to my PC (and have admin). The tasks do not run either way (scheduled or manual).

Look in your Acronis account. If you've registered TI, the update should be available for download.

I started with TI 2009 and brought an upgrade to TI 11. The lastest build for TI 11 is 8101 (that I see). I have both registered and see updates for both. When I try to install the 8101 it says the ver that I have is newer.

It looks like I got it backwards, TI 2009 is the latest ver?

And...I did not register my lastest ver, that is why I wasn't seeing the lastest build. DUH!

Hello Dan,
I will do everything possible in order to resolve the issue you experience.
Just to confirm have you tried update scheduler using this KB article?
I have checked your account and found registered version of Acronis True Image Home 2009. Check your PM I have sent you installation file of the latest build 9809. Install it and see if the issue persists.
If the issue persists in order to troubleshoot it please create another account with Admin rights and use its credentials to scheduler the task. See if anything changes.
Let me know if you need further assistance.
Thank you.
