Searchable backup

Hi there,

I am wondering about a feature of Acronis True Image. I am running out of space on my hard drive and want to back up files to disc (ie folders of MP3s). However, even though these files have been backed up to DVD, I would like to be able to search for them through windows... let me give an example:

Lets say I have a folder of MP3s and I back that up to a disc. Now even though those MP3s are backed up on disc, I'd like those files to appear in a search or during folder browsing - just when I try to open them it says something like "file cannot be found" or "please insert backup disc 7"

Does that make sense?
