Thread needs solution

I have been using non stop backup for some time with no problems but after returning from a weeks holiday it now starts but then turns itself off with the Event code: 0x00E40007+0x000003E9+0x001703E9

The external hard disk I am using is working perfectly ok but Acronis does not seem to be recognising it for non stop backup. The System & Documents backups are working ok to the same disc.

Unfortunately the event code you've kindly provided doesn't give us full information regarding the issue cause, and we need some additional data. Could you please run NSB Diagnosis Tool on your machine? This tool will collect diagnostic information which you can then send to Acronis Customer Central for analysis. This will help resolve the issue with your particular system.

Submit a case with the information attached, and let us know it's number.
