Serious issues with 2012

Thread needs solution

1. Online backup does not work. Runs continuously at 98% on machine #1 and prevents computer from shutting down normally. It is unreliable and cannot be depended on for mission critical data. They had a nice online backup interface with 2011. This interface in 2012 is confusing and just plain amateurish. If I check on the machine that has this problem with a machine#2 on my network that has 2011 on it, it indicates that my online backup on machine #1 does not exist on machine #1. This is highly troubling since I had about 115GB backed up from it. I have no idea what the status of any current backups are since the OLB is whacked and locoked at 98%.

2. The non-stop backup will not run/work backing up to a slave drive or a non-acronis secure zone on the same drive. i.e., create a second NTFS partition say D: drive and attempt to store the non-stop backups there. First of all when you try to browse to the D drive, instead of getting the normal windows file save dialog, you get a stupid dialog with:

Desktop
NAS connections

Selecting desktop forces you to find the drive through a network mapping connection. This is really ridiculous in concept.

I have verified this on two computers.

3. Try getting chat support. I have tried twice in two days and have waited for over 35 minutes and could not get connected to anyone. I can probably understand why since this product is bug ridden beyond belief.

I have no other recourse than to ask for a refund. I cannot jeopardize my mission critical data with a product such as this.
