serious problem, bootdrive not found

With Acronis true Image I have a problem after a crash:
I did rescue my drive and could restorre it, but when I start up there is a message (in Dutch), saying there is a serious problem, boot drive not found.
Then I have to click the enter-key and the process goes on.
But if I want to use the Windows Vista CD I can not reach it. With a minor malfunction I need the
How can I remove this annoying message?
