Should I restore MBR, and what is Partion 2-1 referring to?

Thread needs solution

I did a fresh install of Window7Pro 64 on a Lenovo laptop and noticed that a very small partition was automatically added (which I learned is the EFI partition). I then booted with ATIH 2014 to back up my system, but not the entire disk which includes a data partition. When I selected 'Disk backup' Acronis automatically selected the NTFS C: partition and the tiny unlabelled FAT32 partition (EFI), so I left it thus and created an image file.

Afterwards I decided to verify that the image would restore properly so I booted up the Acronis CD to restore the image to the HD. I am presented with 3 potential items to recover: 1) the system partition (called D: now for some reason), 2) the MBR and track 0, and 3) the FAT32 EFI partition. The MBR option is the one I'm unsure about.

Question #1 - Do I restore the MBR also?

After I select the items to recover, I'm asked to specify recover settings of Partition 2-1.

Question #2 - Which partition is 2-1 referring to?

Thanks in advance for any help.
