Slow restore
Thread needs solution
I'm restoring a backup from a v9.5 backup and it's taking a long time. 1 day and 2 hours at the last count.
This is abnormal. Any idea why it's taking so long?
It's about 50GB of data. Normally something of this size would take a few hours.

I'm using a recovery CD created by a Windows install but I imagine that's what you meant by Linux version.
When you say downloaded ISO do you mean the original install disk?
Ok I'll try a TI WinPE cd.

There should be an ISO file available for you to download from your Acronis account. Look for the Bootable Media tab of your Echo product. If available, it usually has more updated drivers than the version created using the Windows version. It may also be a newer build if you haven't updated in a while.
