Software Stops Working When Recovering Individual Files - Builder 6514

I am using Builder 6514 of True Image 2013.
I am attempting to recover individual folders and files on my temporary machine until my permanent machine is fixed.
Below are the steps I have taken.
1. Explore all back-ups
2. Select latest back-up (have also tried other back-ups as well)
3. Select file I wish to recover (have tried small files and folders with same result)
After I select the file or folder, the software will grey out, I will get a spinning wheel and the page will say "Acronis (Not Responding). After a few minutes it will prompt me to close the program.
Is there another way to access individual files?
