[SOLVED] Windows LiveMail Backup fails

I have solved this problem meanwhile by the support of Acronis specialist, but I want you to participate in this knowledge as it was new for me too.
To close LiveMail before starting the backup process ist selfunderstandable, but there are 2 other programms running in the background, WLIDSVC.exe and WLIDSVCM.exe which have to be stopped using Task Manager. Having done this, LiveMail backup is running perfectly!!
