Specified Archive Cannot Be Mounted Since It Contains No Partitions

Thread needs solution

Hi,

Subject line says it all. I've reinstalled ATI 2015 and same error when attempting to mount a backup.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Dave, welcome to these user forums.

What type of backup archive are you trying to mount, i.e. is this a disk / partitions backup or is it a files / folders backup file?

Have you tried just double-clicking on the backup file from Windows Explorer, and does this open it to show you the contents?

Was the backup created by ATIH 2015 and is it a Windows backup?

Well, I now feel so dumb.

Double clicked and it opened just fine. And it's not as though I haven't done this before. I'm not sure why I was so fixated on Right Clicking and doing a mount.

Thank you Steve.

Dave, I just call it a 'senior moment' when I do the same!  Glad to hear you are all OK to go now.
