SSD Restore and subsequent alignment.
I presently have a 160Gb SSD drive with two partitions C (boot) and E(data) The same drive also has a 100MB partition that was created by Win 7 64bit when I installed Win 7. ALL PARTITIONS ARE PRESENTLY ALIGNED.
If I were to restore my C Drive (Partition) using Acronis 2010 onto the exact same partition, would the restored C Drive maintain its alignment ?
This is crucial to me since I have already made the mistake of transferring from a Hard drive to my SSD and ending up with a screwed -up alignment (sector 63) in my SSD.
Thank You

Thank you Oleg. I did see MudCrab's post and did notice his comment. It is good to have it reconfirmed by an Acronis moderator. In short, if I create a backup of my C drive (on my SSD) and then wish to restore it at a later time, the restored C drive will maintain its original alignment. This would hold true for every partition that exists on the SSD.
Thank you
