Startup Recovery manager+ UEFI= Unbootable system

I enable acronis recovery manager with my UEFI system motherboard
Gigabyte Z77X-UD3H
This is a GPT partiiton with windows 7.
Once I enable this feature it is impossible to boot windows; the Acronis startup recovery manager comes up and sits there forever waiting for F11.
The only workaround is to then press F11 and deactivate Startup Recovery Manager.
