Still getting warning about Master Boot Record in backup log

I have True Image Home 2012 and recently backed up to a new Seagate external drive. After getting the following warning message in log, "Failed to find information about operating system in Master Boot Record," I followed the Acronis Knowledge Base, "1507: Restoring Windows Boot Loader Manually." I tried the two suggestions for Windows 7 and then did a new backup, but got the same warnings in the backup log.

I had another older external drive that I used to back up to and never got the warnings described above. I tried a different backup program, Easus 5.5 (free) and the backup to the Seagate seemed to complete successfully with no error messages.

Can anyone recommend a solution to this problem?
