Strange error with my backup

Thread needs solution

Hi to all!
I have a strange problem..
I using True Image 2013 build 5551 (russian version). Last year i created incremental backup of my SSD within each day.
All my backups save to my external HHD. In different time i used this backups and restore my system on SSD without any problems. But last week when i restore my system i seen error: "cannot find volume 9". As I remember right I click button “Cancel” and it’s start backup normally. But I can’t remember right which button I clicked.. My Windows 7 backuped normally.
Some days ago I need to restore my Windows 7 again. I did same things, but again I see this "cannot find volume 9", i tried to click Cancel, but restore process is failed. After this I see my SSD as “a RAW hard disk” (don’t know how it right in English sorry). I boot Acronis Disk Director from the same CD and did partition my hard drive. At this moment I can only restore my system from very first backup from 2014 year..
I checked my external HDD for errors, but this HDD without any errors.
I tried restore my backup from Boot CD (I have two same Boot CDS with True Image 2013 build 5551). Also tried restore my backup with other versions of True Image (build 5587 for example), but again I see "cannot find volume 9".
When I opened my folder with all backups I see interesting thing..
Windows 7 (SSD)_inc_b1_s9_v1 (created at 21.07.2014)
Windows 7 (SSD)_inc_b1_s9_v1-2 (created at 26.07.2014)
….
Windows 7 (SSD)_inc_b1_s29_v1 (created at 15.08.2014 1:00)
Windows 7 (SSD)_inc_b1_s29_v1-2 (created at 15.08.2014 1:05)
….
Windows 7 (SSD)_inc_b1_s252_v1 (created at 26.05.2015)
Windows 7 (SSD)_inc_b1_s252_v1-2 (created at 27.05.2015)
What does it means?

I also tried move my backups to another HDD, but again "cannot find volume 9"...
How can I restore my system? Maybe I did anything wrong?

Thanks in advance for any help or advice!

p.s. sorry for my not perfect English, it’s not my native language.

Any ideas? Really need help :(
I tried to restore my system with Windows 7 (SSD)_inc_b1_s9_v1.. and it's work without any errors...
At list where i can choose my backups i don't see (when i did it from Boot CD):
Windows 7 (SSD)_inc_b1_s9_v1-2
Windows 7 (SSD)_inc_b1_s29_v1
Windows 7 (SSD)_inc_b1_s252_v1
When i try browse any of them on my external HDD, i find it and clik OK, but nothing happens.

Ok, i solved this ***ing problem. How? I don't understand what is it.. What i did?:
1) 2 days ago i copied my backup files to internal hdd. Tried to restore my Windows from this internal hard drive, but without any luck..
2) Today i create Boot CD with Acronis True Image 2014 Build 6673. I think i created 8-10 different boot cds with different acronis version, lol.
3) Ok, i booted with Acronis True Image 2014 Build 6673. Choose one of the latest backup file and click ok. Then i choose my RAW SSD Drive, clicked ok and again see this "cannot find volume 9".. Ok, i click Browse and choose "Windows 7 (SSD)_inc_b1_s9_v1-2.tib" and YEAH, i restore my Windows without any errors!
Don't know what's the reason of this all, but maybe it helps somebody with same problem.

The V1-2 numbering of some of your backups showed you had backup issues several time.
From a standpoint of data safety, having 252 backups (too many) since the last full reduces the chances of a good restore. You need 252 fully readable backups (without any disk or read errors in order for the most recent backkup to be restoreable. You should consider more frequent full backups and a new backup scheme which uses automatic cleanup which will help to force more frequent full backups.

My suggestion is to start over with a new baackup task with a new backup scheme.
One reason is that you restored your system so your backup numbering is not out of sync;
and another reason is that you need to start with a new full backup.

However, due to the several v1-2 issues, I think I would check your source disk for disk errors which will also correct any file errors if existing.

Example GH12 is an illustration on how to set up a task for automatic cleanup.

GH12. Create Custom Incremental Backup Scheme w/auto cleanup. ...Keep Full plus 6 Inc per chain. Store/Keep 4 chains. Use whatever number best fits your needs.

GH25. Understanding differences between Inc and Dif for Safety

GH63. 64640: Hints to help prevent issues with your TIB backup files creation.
GH63. 75086: A discussion on how to configure backup schemes.

My signature link 3, and then inside that link, item 2, 3, 4, 5 may be of assistance as it illustrates restoring from the CD.
When restoring a system partition or entire disk, the most successful method is to boot from the TI Recovery CD.

Good luck.
