You should update your installed version of the software to the latest release which is version 6525. You can do this be visiting the Acronis Support site, link on top right of this page, login and access your account, then download and install the newest release. We MVP's recommend that you uninstall previous versions prior to install of newer releases. We MVP's also DO NOT recommend users to use the F11 boot manager as that function modifies the boot record on your machine and can cause further issues in the case of disk failure.

current build is 6550 and I think 6550 is the latest ver, should I downgrade to build 6525 to fix this?

and when I use the bootable media, not startup recovery, it still freezes

I think you should check your version again. There has not been a version 6550, there has been a 6055 version, I think that is what you have.

I erased current version completely and installed newest version of true image 2015

But still freezes same stage.. I asked customer service and they said disable 'secure boot' option in bios would help, but it couldn't solve the problem

I uesd bootable usb also, but it was useless

I wonder why universal recovery works but true image freezes...

You say you used bootable usb with the same freeze result, was this attempt run from a restart of your computer?

If Universal recovery works there should be no reason that the bootable usb would not work as well. Secure boot is best disabled when attempting to run either the bootable usb or Universal recovery.

I solved the problem!

I made WinPe recovery media with TrueImage 2015 with dvd, and I booted DVD, It worked.
