Suggestions for online backup's.

Does anyone have any suggestions they believe would make the program better?

Mine are:

Develop a windows explorer type interface (like dropbox!) which allows users to view files and folders in a structure they are used to.

Introduce error checking. There are many users (including myself) uploading items and concerned over their integrity when the job is finished. Perhaps keep detailed logs in the background which can be viewed by Acronis technical (if required) and maybe use a traffic light scheme for file transfer.
