Greeting,

My sync recently started failing with this error message in the log:

event id="1" level="4" module="402" code="1013" time="1397774315" message="Sync Agent service error. Try to restart your computer."

Rebooting has no effect nor does restarting the service. A KB search produced nothing useful.

Any ideas?
