Sync Agent service error. Event Code: 0x019203F5+0x01920023+0x0000FFF0+0x800706BA

I have encountered ongoing issues with the Online Sync functions of ATIH 2014 and so I have decided to discontinue using it and only using Acronis for backup to local external drives.

I have removed all of my synchronization folders. The only folder that remains is the default folder which I have never used.

Despite not wishing to utilize the synchronization feature anymore, I am still getting periodic startups in my system tray.

The log is telling me that I have a "Sync Agent service error. Try to restart your computer". The error code tells me to go to the kb and look up 0x019203F5+0x01920023+0x0000FFF0+0x800706BA, which it cannot seem to find. Some are close, but not exact.

I have, however, tried to follow the instructions for similar types of errors, which involved restarting several services.msc functions.

How do I get this to stop on its own and for the sync process not to load into my system tray (other than by MSCONFIG)
