Sync Destination folder does not exist

Thread needs solution

I am having problems setting up sync. I select the first folder and second folder, then when I select create sync, it has a think before responding "The desitination folder does not exist". It seems to do this regardless of the directories I pick (and they do all exist). Has anybody got this to work on local drives.

I use an updated Acronis True Image Home 2012. I have Tried, for the first time, to synchronize two Local folders, one of them is a USB Disk on key. I failed. The answers I have gotten are :

1. The Destination folder does not exist.
2. Event code: 0x006404B1+0x019203EA+0x019A000B+0x019A004C+0x00040014+0x0000FFF0+0x80070005
3. That I have to update Build no' 6131, which can't be found
4. I read item no' 32637 in the user forums, but for no avail

Please can someone help ?
