Sync: Error While Calling RPC

When I open sync it prompts me to login, after I fill in the credentials and hit the login button I get this error.

"Error While Calling RPC"

What would cause this?

Just solved the problem. For some reason the shortcut to open True image was set to run in compatibilty mode for Windows XP SP3. I unchecked this box and ran True image. Sync works fine now.
