Sync Feed Not Found Error
Hi
First of all I want to comment on the support by Acronis. I bought a full license for True Image 2013 and now I am having an issues with the sync process and need to pay for the support? Strange way of doing business So this forum is my next and last hope!
I have True Image 2013 running on windows 8 and connect a Synology share as a drive letter. Everyone can access the share with full control. I want to sync a local folder with the sinology share. When I create a sync the sync is visible in the True Image user interface but the sync is not working. After some time I get the message "Feed not found". I don't want to use the acronis cloud as this process is running locally in my network.
Does anybody know how to setup this type of sync process so that I don't get the feed error?
Thanx in advance
Patrick

Hello Anton
Tried your suggestions but nothing fixed this issue. Completely deleted the sync and recreated it under the right users but didn't help. Your suggestion to contact the support failed again. I don't want to pay for technical support as I already bought a full license for the True Image product. Why should I buy a license if I only get support for 30 days??? I have not been using the sync functionality when I first bought the product. After some time I decided to use the sync functionality which was more then 30 days after I bought the product. I think it is very strange to pay for support when I starting to use new functionality not within the 30 days don't you think?
SO I still have the Feed not found error. I am trying to sync two local(!!!) drives. So I don't want to use the cloud as this would not be necessary in my opinion.
Hope you can help me to fix this error. If you need any more info please let me know.

GREAT i have just found the problem to this issue.
Because i had disabled the below programs in windows startup (as i never wanted them to start with every boot up as i didnt think i needed them)
Acronis TIB
Acronis True Image Scheduling
Acronis True Image Status Display
when i started acronis the main program it never told me there was a issue that these programs where not running ?? (gesss it would of saved me a lot of time if it had !!!)
once i re-enabled these 3 files on the startup and rebooted my machine - its all working fine and as it should.
so there you have it sometimes you just gotta live with those pesky startup programs slowing your boot time :) well at least i upgraded to a SSD and its a whole lot faster :)

Hello Patrick and Peter!
Thank you for taking time to contact us.
We tried to reproduce your problem, but everything passed successfully, even with disabled startup services.
Could you please inform us, if your problem is still actual, please reproduce the issue again, after that obtain Acronis System Report and send it to us , please collect it as here.
I will send you a personal link personally for upload on our ftp server.
Thanks for your cooperation!
