Sync says "Network connection problem"

Thread needs solution

I have ATIH 2012 installed on two PCs on my home LAN. I have a sync established between these two PCs (that is, I created the sync on PC1, and then PC2 was able to join the sync). These syncs are NOT configured for "Store versions online". Basically, I want TrueImage to automatically do for me what SyncToy has successfully (but manually) done for me.

When viewing the Synchronization tab, I see the error message "Network connection problem" for the sync.

Like I said, SyncToy is able to do this, so the network connection between these two PCs via my LAN is working well.

Suggestions on how to fix this?

Just turning on "Notify me when new comments are posted". Couldn't do this without typing a new comment.

Unfortunately currently we cannot say for sure what causes the issue: we need more diagnostic information. Could you please gather:

  1. Acronis Info
  2. Wireshark
