Synchronization runs contiuously copying files

I have setup synchronization processes to synchronize folders on my pc on different HDD's. I also use an application (SyncbackPro) to copy files from my pc to a network drive and ftp servers for offsite security. What I think happens is when the files are copied or scanned by Syncback, the True Image 2014 Synchronization re-copies them. Is there some setting on the Synchronization process that will stop this?
