Syncronise to NAS

Thread needs solution

I am having issues setting up a sync from my windows 7 docs to my Synology ds412+. When i go through the wizard and select destination NAS and the specified name, the folders under the drop down arrow dont appear. If i decide to go via the network, i can see all folders and try and start the sync but get the following error.
Destination folder soes not exist
More information about this error and solutions may be available online in the Acronis Knowledge Base.
To access the online resource manually, enter the event code at: http://kb.acronis.com/errorcode/
Event code: 0x006404B1+0x019203EA+0x019A000B+0x019A004C+0x00040007

Folder can be seen in windows explorer and I have also entered any credentials that are needed.

Hope someone can help as I am getting balder by the minute....

Thanks

When using ATI with a network drive, use a UNC path to to your NAS device for a backup destination, not a typical friendly "mapped" drive.
e.g.
\\192.168.2.25\My Backups\

I believe it may also be possible to use a UNC path that includes server name rather than IP, such as
\\server1\My Backups\

Did you newly create the destination folder on the NAS from the computer you want to backup? Or, did it already exist? Is that folder shared. and can you browse its contents from Windows Explorer?
