System Errors during Backup

Thread needs solution

I noticed today that upon manual initiation of a partition backup from ATIH2010b7160 (Windows 7 environment) about 6 minutes into the backup process were fully 47 errors associated with my eSATA backup drive. They looked like this:

Event 15, JRAID - The device, \Device\Scsi\JRAID1, is not ready for access yet.
Event 11, Disk - The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Harddisk4\DR3.

These repeated 20+ times, all in the span of one second e.g. the times of these errors were all exactly the same to-the-second. The actual backup process continued another eight minutes until the "Saving partition structure" and "Validate" operations commenced and completed OK.

I noticed the above because I have Task Scheduler set to pop Windows Errors as-they-happen, otherwise I'm not sure I would have noticed these, although if-and-when I finally DID notice them I probably could recover what was happening because I do keep a detailed diary (with timestamps) of all PC activities.

My point in posting is that ATIH had absolutely nothing in its log to indicate any problem whatsoever during this backup. And perhaps there IS NOTHING wrong with the backup, but shouldn't ATI be able to see if System or Application errors are thrown during the backup process? I suppose I should've put this into the Wishlist topic, but thought it might get more attention here.

In this particular case I updated the JRAID driver for the eSATA drive and ran the backup again, and this time there were no errors during that process.
