System Report appears to be going into a loop

Build 6525 running on win7 pro 64 bit
Acronis System Report appears to be looping when I run it either by clicking on the shortcut in the tools directory, or by running it directly. While running, Process Explorer says that "The Handle is Invalid"

I noticed an executable named Acronis Systeminfo.exe in the same directory and it runs fine with no problems.
