The tab for online backup does nothing

Hi,

I have Acronis True Image Home 2012, update 2, build 7719, on a Win7 machine. The local backup works fine but for the online backup nothing happens when I click on the tab. The tab is named "Edit Online Backup Settings". When I first installed the program back in January, the online piece did work I just never turned it on to run automatically.

How can I get it to let me in? I've checked and my account is on auto-renewal.

Thank you for posting. You can reset your password and run the Online Backup again.  

Please follow the instructions in this article  In case it is not work, please send me screenshots of the steps taken and system report.
