Though complete installation - progran doesn't start

Thread needs solution

I've now twice reinstalled the program (exactly: repaired) but it still doesn't start.
Before I had tried to recover from two stored volumes - no success.
OS: Win XP Sp3
Processor: Intel Quadcore 4 x 3.4 GHz
RAM: 4 GB
MB: ASUS P8H77-VLE
What might be the reason?

Did you ever have the Secure Zone or Acronis Startup Recovery Manager enabled?

My experience: TIH2013 does not work well with Windows 7 on my machine - older Versions do
So maybe XP does not like it either - try older TIH - or use TIH Version from HDD-manufactorer ( ie Seagate/WD)

I'm not sure how valuable that speculation is. ATI 2013 works fine on my Windows 7 PC, and other Windows 7 PCs on which I've installed it.
