TI 2010 Cannot install notebook wont start

Im very mad. Ive used TI with xp and vista for years. I paid for the 2010 version for new HP notebook elitebook with win 7 32 bit. TI would not install. got the install interrupted msg. I admit I didnt remove the old version first. then I did remove it. restarted and the notebook would not start up. not even with safe mode. So after paying $29 for it and spending 5 days setting up the new machine Im screwed. I have to go offshore for a month 2moro maybe with a crapped out notebook.

So I guess I'll just eat the money and not take a chance on using TI again.
