TI 2014 Clone produces wrong results

I cloned my C: drive (1TB, on a Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit machine) to a 2TB freshly formatted, non- partitioned drive. All seemed to go well. However, when I try to boot off the new drive, It only sees the Operating System and does not show the files, the Desktop (from original C: drive), or anything else. It appears as a fresh install of Windows 7, not a clone of my C: drive. Any thoughts of correcting this??

Also, when I do an "open" on the new drive from Windows Explorer, it does show all the program file/folders. So they apparently copied. They're just not showing up as usable!
