TI 2014 Locks up when I try to view settings for a backup to FTP

Running Windows 7 and latest TI 2014. Backups to local disks and computers as well as to my FTP site hosted by Bluehost seem to work fine. But, when I go to view setting for one of my FTP backups, TI locks up and I have to crash the program using File Manager. The only way I seem to be able to adjust the settings for an FTP backup is to clone the backup, make my adjustments, and then delete the original. Anyone have any ideas about what is going on?

Actually, by mistake, I discovered TI does not really lock up--it took 13 minutes for the settings dialog to appear after clicking on the settings button.
