TI 2015 GUI Hangs during launch. Cant see anything!
Running latest build of TI 2015 on win 8.1 x64 with all patches applied.
After reboot, TI 2015 GUI launches fine and I can create, edit, and run jobs.
As long as I leave the UI up, the UI functions properly.
After I close the UI, I can never reopen it OR if I wait after rebooting several hours, I can no longer open the GUI ever!
Once the GUI hangs after accepting the run as admin prompt, killing it in taskmgr doesnt help AND rebooting will hang too!!!!
I have uninstalled and reinstalled and continue to have the issue.
Does anyone have any ideas why the UI open immediately after boot, but if i simply wait a while, and do nothing at all, it will NOT OPEN EVER?
BTW: I also noticed that jobs were not running on schedule. After reinstalling without any help the acronis log indicated the script was missing. I found thread that told me to run schedmgr and delete all tasks. This appears to have solved the problem. Im not sure WHY this issue occured OR whether its related. Im also disappointed that uninstall didnt clear this queue issue. So what the hell is up with TI 2015. 2014 seemed much more feature rich and more stable. Its so nice to pay for less features and less stability
