TI fails to end properly when startups and service started manually
I frequently kill TR startup processes and startup services when I don't think I will need then and restart them later in case I do.
The problem with this is that even tho though the process (backup, restore, or consolidate that I have done) seems to complete OK, the process dialog seems to continue and has to be closed through the corner X.
I did a partial recovery last time this way but I had had to close the dialog. The next time I opened TI, the program was confused about what versions were which for the backup month set I was using... I had to remove the backup set and re-add it to get acronis to recognize all the backups (full and incrementals) for the month (although now I can't add another incremental). A validate seems to show everything is ok.
I have not had this problem when I let windows start things.
